Work that
plans itself.

Kairo is the AI project platform that drafts your plan, tracks your progress, and writes your status reports — so your team can focus on the actual work.

The first project tool that
plans with you,
not just for you.

one sentence in · a whole plan out

Less admin.
Fewer meetings.
More moments that matter.

01 / Speed

Idea to plan in 60 seconds.

Describe what you're building in one line. Kairo drafts tasks, owners, estimates, and dependencies — you edit, not start from zero.

02 / Foresight

It tells you what's going to slip.

Kairo watches velocity, blockers, and comments to flag risks before they cost you. Your status meetings become a formality.

03 / Quiet

4 hours back every week.

Status reports write themselves. Meeting notes turn into tasks. Resource conflicts resolve before you notice them.

Why we built Kairo.

Kairo started with a simple observation: the best project managers we knew were spending most of their week on admin.

Writing status reports nobody read. Chasing updates on Slack. Rebuilding Gantt charts after every scope change. Translating what actually happened in a meeting into tasks nobody would remember to do. The work that mattered — setting strategy, unblocking people, making the right call at the right moment — was squeezed into whatever time was left.

Meanwhile, the tools they used hadn't really changed in a decade. Microsoft Project still felt like it was designed for 1998. Monday.com looked prettier, but underneath it was the same idea: a place to store information about work, not a system that actually helped do it.

We thought AI could change the shape of that work, not just polish the surface of it.

So we built Kairo. The name comes from the Greek kairos — the right moment to act. It's a counterpoint to chronos, clock time. Because good project management has never really been about tracking hours. It's about knowing what matters next, and acting on it before the window closes.

Kairo is built on one principle: the tool should do the administrative work, so the humans can do the thinking. You describe what you're building. Kairo drafts the plan. It watches for risks you'd miss. It writes the status reports so you don't have to. And when something's about to slip, it tells you — before your stakeholders find out on Friday.

We're a small team based between Glasgow and Milan, building for teams everywhere. We believe software should feel calm, not chaotic. That the best AI is the kind you barely notice doing its job. And that the right move, made at the right moment, is worth more than a hundred hours of admin.

If that sounds like the tool you wish you had — we built it for you.
